It was super fun to see the kids’ personalities come to life with their grandparents around! Thus, they warmed up to the camera instantly, brownie points for me! Also a bittersweet moment on my behalf, as I will be losing a great friend and hairdresser this fall when I move down east (maybe you can all move with me???), although I’m grateful to have had the chance to make this wonderful last memory together! Meanwhile, my friends Sven and Sarah Johnson [who are expecting their first baby at the end of the month], came up with the genius idea to get maternity photos during the blaze! And whala; that is the story behind this shoot. I’m absolutely thrilled for these two; they are going to make <em>amazing</em> parents! Time to come out now, baby!
